Stevia extract - Stevioside

Stevioside, or Stevia extract is a natural low calories sweetener, obtained of stevia. The sweetness coefficient depends on the contentsof sweet glycosides in the product. These substances have high biologic activity and are 250-300 times sweeter than sugar. The extract is used in the same way as sugar or sweeteners:
- in bakery and confectionary;
- in diary industry;
- for mayonnaise;
- for the fruits and vegetables conservation;
- in the production of drinks and juices.

90% Stevioside


Stevia extract powder with 90% contents of steviosides. Sweetness coefficient - 250 - 280 units. Made in Paraguay.

65% Stevioside


Stevia extract powder with 65% contents of steviosides. Product ready to use inthefood industry. Free of side tastes and of foaming. Made in Paraguay. Sweetness coefficient - 140-180 units.

Partially pured stevia extract powder, by its physical aspect is similar to the instant coffee. It is ready to use as a drink, can be dissolved in cold and hot water and has natural taste and aroma of stevia. Free from foaming and bitter staff, it contains nutritious and useful properties of stevia. Made in Paraguay.
